Medical Massage

Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem(s) the patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment. It is also known as clinical massage or treatment massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension and the therapist is able to work on the deepest layers of muscle, tissue, tendons and fascia.

Hot Stone Therapy

With Hot stone therapy the therapist will use natural basalt stones that will melt away tension, can relieve chronic pain, releases muscle stiffness, increased circulation, metabolism promotes deep relaxation, improves the function of internal organs, calms the nerves, ensures optimum functioning of the nervous system, helps arthritis and enhances mental clarity.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a therapist applies special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.  People receive this add-on technique for many purposes including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep tissue massage. $10

Injury Massage

Injury massage will promote fast recovery for sprains, strains, and muscle spasms. Light Swedish will be used and soft tissue release for whiplash auto accident injury, TMJ, sciatica, back pain, neck pain, knee injuries, and hip replacements.  Injury can be caused by car accidents, work accidents, falls, overuse or stress.

Sports Massage

Sports massage technique is specifically for all levels of athletes and are specific to the athlete’s sport of choice, working on areas of the body that have been injured, overused, or stressed from events.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy and prenatal massage can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Swedish massage is the recommended massage method during pregnancy because it addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts.

Trigger Point Therapy

Myofascial trigger points, also known as trigger points, are described as hyper-irritable spots in the fascia surrounding skeletal muscle. They are associated with palpable nodules in the taut bands of muscle fibers.
